Return Policy
General Requirement
Customers are advised to ensure that goods are fit for their intended purposes prior to purchase.
If a refund or exchange is needed, we reserve the right to require you to provide proof if identity before processing any refund, this is done for security reasons to update the Imagine That refund database.
10 days refund or exchange policy
A customer may return goods purchased if they are:- Unused.
- Unopened and in same conditions as received in original packaging.
- Defective (see below).
- Not from the exclusion list (see below).
- Provide proof of purchase .
- Strictly within the 10 days.
Exclusion
- No books will be replaced or refunded due to copyright concerns.
- No craft paints or mediums, such as but not limited to, varnish, modge podge, pouring medium, resin & fabric paints. This is to protect and ensure the integrity of the items as proof of tampering or use cannot be assessed. We advise customers to ensure the correct product is purchased.
- Pens, pencils, markers that are unpackaged and sold separately.
- Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Defective Goods
- If your goods prove to be defective within the first 6 (six) months after your purchase date, we will assist in repairing them, replacing them or process a refund if the item can’t be replaced or repaired.
- Note: The returned goods may first be sent to the supplier for technical assessment prior to repairing, replacing, or refunding.
- A customer will not be entitled to return any goods or receive a refund if the goods have been used and/or altered contrary to instructions, partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, permanently installed, joined or added to, blending or combined with or embedded within, other goods.
Online Purchases Return
- Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
- To return your product, you should arrange drop off of your product to:
- Imagine That Arts, Crafts and Hobbies,
- Shop 34 – 35, Kensington Square
- 53 Adelaide Tambo Drive, Durban North 4051
If applicable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your return is rejected, you will be liable for the return shipping fees.
Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed by our warehouse. For this reason, online orders may not be cancelled or changed after receipt of payment. After dispatch of your goods, you may cancel/ change the sale in accordance with the Returns Policy.
